My husband and I had  a wonderful opportunity to photography a lovely wedding in Italy seen here. When traveling internationally the flights granted us a few days of travel just the two of us….. WOAH! This was a big deal since we haven’t had a proper date since my 3 year old was born, and now we have two beautiful children. I’m not going to lie I was super anxious leaving the kiddos, but I knew they were going to have a  blast with my parents. I can’t thank them enough for watching them for a whole week, with out them this wouldn’t of worked.

We stayed in a beautiful Airbnb way up the windy crazy road mountain in Gardone Riviera, Lombardia, Italy . It was fun staying in a rural part of Lake Garda plus we loved the 15 min drive up and down the mountain along with our lovely host Dory, who made us breakfast every morning on her families old dairy farm.

We rented a car and ended up in some towns we didn’t even know the name of. We took a day trip to Venice which was so much fun! Driving in Italy was easier than we thought. Every day was rainy but there were some moments of sun where we would take out my camera and snap some pics and even pose for some hahah. The bulk of my images from this trip were for the wedding but here are some highlights from us romping around beautiful northern Italy.
